Could better management of the budget blowout on H2O Xtreme pool have eased the burnden on the ratepayer. Now at approx. $90m when H2O Inital Costs were $45m
What about all the ideas which LTP 2024 submitters put forward to reduce the costs, where have these been taken on board.
Wellington Water costs at approx. $13m per year. This could have been done differently and saved money.
Should the Council have been installing Floodlights when it knew these costs were coming.
Come on Mr Guppy, Surely you don't expect the residents of Upper Hutt to swallow this.
